We are looking for several people to serve as representatives of SHSA and future business ventures in various states throughout the US. The duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Communicating with the board when business filings are due
-Having a valid address to receive SHSA-related business correspondence
-Researching to ensure SHSA is in accordance with all local, county, and state laws
-Mailing all business correspondence to the president or treasurer
-Signing necessary paperwork to make yourself a registered agent for our nonprofit corporation
